In late 2018, I moved from Brazil to Australia and landed my first job as a Help Desk at a small MSP. I was excited and confident, but within just two weeks, I got fired. That’s when I realized how arduous, competitive, and low-paid general IT roles can be. So, I pivoted to cloud—and it was the best decision I could have made.
